Beulah Owens Obituary
Beulah Ellen (Boots) Owens, age 86, of Brookfield, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2021.
She was born on April 14, 1934, in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, to Joseph and Ellen Horton. Her family moved later to Kansas City, Missouri. There she met then married Luell L. Owens on March 28, 1952. They bought a home and raised two daughters. They moved to Brookfield, Missouri in 1996.
Beulah worked a few years as a private secretary at Sears, Roebuck and Company, but most of the time she was a very hard working and very loving wife and mother.
She loved animals, crocheting, drawing and reading.
She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 63 years, both parents, a sister and a sister-in-law.
Beulah leaves behind two daughters, two brothers, a sister-in-law, one grandson, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She will truly be missed by all.
