Billy J Hueffmeier went to be with his lord on February 14, 2021.
He was born September 19, 1941 to Henry & Florence Hueffmeier in New Melle, Missouri. His family later relocated to Vinita, Oklahoma. He graduated from White Oak High School in White Oak, Oklahoma. He moved back to Missouri after graduation. He was a member of the National Guard and Local Bricklayer Union #1 in St Louis, MO.
He met the love of his life, Carolyn J Hueffmeier and they were married on August 6, 1966. They moved to the Linneus, MO area and Bill continued bricklaying and farming. He was the loving and strict father to three children, Denise Fleckal (Brian), Dana Hutchings (Jeff), and Darian Hueffmeier. He taught them the importance of Christian values, loyalty to family, and working hard.
He sold his farm and moved to Cameron, Missouri after retirement and became a loving and devoted grandfather to 6 grandchildren: Erin & Erica Fleckal, Courtney & Madison Hueffmeier, and Mikayla & Ryland Hutchings.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn, his children and grandchildren, and his siblings, Jerry Emmons (Fred), Guy Hueffmeier (Jeanita), and Bettie Rhine (Cecil), sister-in-law, Linda Hueffmeier, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In honor of Bill, please remember to hug your love ones today and tell them how much you love them for no one knows how long their journey on Earth will be. Per Bill’s wishes he was cremated under the direction of Wright Funeral Home in Brookfield, MO and no funeral will be held. A small gathering will be held for friends and family at a later date.
