Patricia "Patty" Orr

Patricia “Patty” Louise Orr, age 66, of Brookfield, passed away, Saturday, November 19, 2022, at the Pershing Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Wright Funeral Home in Brookfield with Pastor Richard Evans officiating.  Burial will be at Highland Cemetery in Hamilton, Missouri.  The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Patty Louise, daughter of Lawrence Nelson and Pearl Marie (Henkins) Allen, was born on October 29, 1956, in Cameron, Missouri. On December 31, 1982, she married Lyle Orr, who preceded her in death on August 22, 2018.

Patty worked at Walsworth Publishing, the Pro Shop at the Marceline golf course, and Stanbury Uniforms.

Patty enjoyed spending time with family and friends, learning new social media platforms with her grandchildren especially, Tik Tok, playing cards and playing the piano.

Survivors include her children, Kendal Orr and wife Whitney of Brookfield, Kyle Orr and wife, Kelsey of Nixa; Step-Children, Rick Orr and wife, Jan of Linneus, Jim Orr and wife, Kathy of Brookfield, Randy Orr and wife, Linda of Kansas City, Brenda Goll and husband, Dan of Winston, Eddie Orr and wife, Michelle of Kidder, Sandy Gann and husband, Tim of Brookfield and Tammy Beal and husband, Will of Brookfield; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Barbara King and husband, Bob and Peggy Burke and husband, Paul; three brothers, Larry Allen and wife, Mitch, Charles Allen and wife, Kathy and Robert Allen and wife, Jeanne; one daughter in-law, Cindy Orr; and several other nieces nephews and other extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle Orr; her parents; one stepson, Ronnie Orr and one brother, George Allen.
