Roger Neal

Roger Neal, age 57, of Brookfield, died Saturday, March 3, 2018, at his home.

A funeral service will be Friday, March 9, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. at Wright Funeral Home in Brookfield with Pastor Rex Leppin officiating.  There will be a Masonic service at 4:00 p.m. followed by visitation from 4:30 p.m until the time of service at the funeral home. A committal service will be Saturday, March 10, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at Meadville Cemetery in Meadville with Pastor Ted Stockwell officiating.

Roger Lynn, son of Jim and Julia (Burke) Neal, was born July 6, 1960, in Chillicothe.  On September 11, 1982, he married Lesa Holcer and together they had AJ, Brett, and Chris Neal.  Then on April 28, 2012, he married Cindy Allen.

Roger was a self-employed truck driver for many years.

He was a member of the Jackson Masonic Lodge #82 of Linneus.

Survivors include his wife Cindy of the home; three sons, AJ Neal and Kim Ficken of Kansas City, Brett Neal and Devin Smith of  Meadville and Chris Neal and Faith Knipfer of Meadville; one step-daughter, Anna Dougherty of Brookfield; his mother, Julia Neal of Linneus; one sister, Carol Schreckhise and husband, Jerry of Linneus; two brothers, Leroy Neal  and wife, Jackie of Chillicothe and Andy Neal and wife, Susie of Linneus; four grandchildren, Alivia Cox and Finlee Neal both of Meadville and Taryn Ficken and Adler Neal both of Kansas City; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. 

His father, Jim Neal; and grandparents preceded him in death.
