Larry Bradley Obituary

Larry Bradley, age 62, of Laclede, Missouri, passed away, Monday, March 21, 2022, at his home.

A private burial in St. Michael’s Cemetery in Brookfield will be held at a later date.

Memorials to the family (in care of Tyler Bradley) may be left at or mailed to Wright Funeral Home, P.O. Box 496, Brookfield, MO 64628.

Larry Neil, son of David and Luzella (Hoskins) Bradley, was born July 14, 1959, in Marceline, Missouri. 

As a teenager Larry worked with his dad and Papaw Bradley at Bradley Brother’s Garage in Linneus. After graduating high school, he worked many years for Grafton Farm of Laclede.  Larry then owned and operated a radiator shop in Brookfield before becoming a rural mail carrier in the Linn County area. 

He loved the Kansas City Royals and Kansas City Chiefs and attended games as often as he could with his son, Tyler. Larry was a kindhearted man that loved his family.

Survivors include his son Tyler Bradley of Kansas City; Tyler’s friend, Hannah Singleton of Brookfield, who Larry thought of as a daughter; three sisters, Phyllis Miller and husband, Wayne of Linneus, Brenda Gunnels of Marceline, and Joni Evans and husband, Bill of Laclede; nieces and nephews, Nicholas Miller and wife, Melissa of Linneus, Bradley Miller and wife, Katie of Laclede, Shaun Miller of Linneus, Cody Dorrell of Marceline, and Amanda Naeem and husband Jerry of Queens, New York; Tyler’s mother, Melinda Burkholder and husband, Kevin of Brookfield; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews; and many special friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Luzella Bradley; one brother, Paul Bradley; and special friends, Charles and Virginia “Kathy” Faulkner.
