Teresa Marie Bate

Teresa Bate, age 50, of Brookfield, died Saturday, April 6, 2019, at her home.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Brookfield. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.

Teresa Marie, daughter of Darrell Herring and Beverly Ann Bate was born August 29, 1968, in Chillicothe.

She was a kind soul with a heart of gold. 

Teresa was cherished by her friends and always willing to help those out in need.

She was an avid animal lover and was known to take in strays or help any animals in need.

Survivors include two children, Brandon Bate and wife, Jenny of Brookfield and Justin Wynn; two grandchildren, Jravenik Wynn and Thalia Wynn; her mother, Beverly Herring; and two brothers, Duskey Herring and Rusty Herring.

She was preceded in death by her father.
